On a day-to-day basis, we use this information to update you on the progression of the contracted services we undertake on behalf of your business, to discuss future business developments, and generally manage the business we undertake for you We may, on occasion, use this information for marketing purposes, however we believe that the best marketing is done by providing a high-quality service, so this is kept to a minimum What is our legal basis for using your personal information? In order to perform the services for which you have contracted us, it is necessary for us to be able to communicate effectively with you, and therefore information such as email address and phone number is an essential part of this process How long will your personal information be stored ? We will retain and use your information as necessary to manage the business we undertake for you or as long you are interested to communicate with us about our services and our development.

As European Customer Synergy is a Pan-European service provider with a network of Partners, we may share your information with these partners in order to efficiently undertake the services you have contracted us for We may, on occasion, share this information with a Marketing partner What are your rights ? Your ‘right to be forgotten’ If you wish for your personal information to no longer be used by European Customer Synergy, please request this via info@ecsynergy.eu Within one month we will ensure that you are no longer sent any marketing information If we still undertake services on behalf of your business, but you have moved role (for example), and no longer have any involvement with these services, we will also stop communication, assuming there are no outstanding points to be resolved In the event of our services no longer being provided, we will, at your request, limit all communication, unless there are outstanding issues for resolution Any information relating to the contract held between your company and European Customer Synergy (emails, documents, invoices etc) will be retained in line with the appropriate local legal requirements, and for the purpose of auditing.
