Recently, ECS held its tri-annual National Directors meeting in Madrid, hosted by our partner, Grupo Sagital. The meeting was attended by all of our National Directors from our 17 partners across Europe, Russia and Turkey.
The meeting was held over two days and the team spent time sharing best practices from each of their locations and discussing the latest successes and achievements from their own organisations.
It was great to hear client feedback demonstrating that the ECS business model of local services delivered on a local level is working well in all of our locations.
The National Directors also spent some time talking about technology and innovations and the future of the industry. Facilities Management is evolving rapidly and the future has some big changes in store – so it is important for us all to discuss these as a wider team so we can strive to evolve on a local level and ensure we still provide the best service to our clients with local knowledge.
It was brilliant to get the full team together and we are already looking forward to hearing about more developments at our next meeting later this year.
