European Customer Synergy (ECS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Byfield as its new Supply Chain Manager.
Stephen joins ECS having spent 7 years with CBRE and JLL, with experience in procurement, logistics, data analytics and facilities management.
Stephen’s main responsibilities revolve around enabling ECS to grow its revenue in line with its strategic plan, by ensuring that processes and back-office functions are as efficient as possible. This will involve reviewing existing procedures, planning, and implementing business focused improvements. After this will follow a process of continuous improvement to ensure the needs of the business are met as ECS continues to grow.
Stephen is working with the ECS pan-European partners to explore supply chain options and new business opportunities. Stephen is also looking to improve the way data is shared within ECS allowing everyone to be more efficient and benefit even further from their relationship with ECS.
Commenting on his new appointment, Stephen says: “The future of ECS is incredibly bright and I look forward to using my experience to help ECS achieve operational excellence. We already have a well-established base of partners, who in their own right are incredibly successful, but with the added benefit of being part of the larger ECS network, we are able to provide a true pan-European service to all clients.
