Work site and security, EC Synergy rules

Supplier shall remove Supplier’s Equipment and any defective Services leaving the Site clean and in good condition, either: (a) immediately before submitting Services for Acceptance; or (b) at any time before Acceptance, subject to 20 days written notice from EUROPEAN CUSTOMER Synergy.sa

Supplier shall ensure that Contract Personnel comply with all security, safety and works regulations and such other local instructions as may be notified by EUROPEAN CUSTOMER Synergy.sa or the Customer whilst on any Site.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMER Synergy.sa may remove any person from and refuse entry and re-admission to a Site who is, in the reasonable opinion of EUROPEAN CUSTOMER Synergy.sa, not complying with the requirements of this Condition or not an appropriate person to be allowed on Site.

Supplier shall comply (and shall ensure that all relevant Contract Personnel comply) with all relevant laws and regulations relating to the handling, transportation, storage and disposal of waste and/or special waste arising from or in connection with the performance of the Contract (“Waste”).
