Pricing Policy
ECSynergy.sa sometimes will agree into a so called fixed price strategy for (by example) 3 years. However, this fixed price systems requires some additional explanation.

Beside you can see the build up of hourly salary, different per country. Whenever we talk about fixed prices per hour it is with the exception of the above part in the costs, called pay-costs, because they are out of our jurisdiction and subject to unions and laws, which we are bound to follow according to our Global Pact policy. All other cost components within the salaries can be fixed for a certain period of time, by example 3 years.

These are the cost components that will stay fixed for the agreed period of the contract.
