All ECS suppliers have agreed that their basic professional training for the cleaning service will be according to the standard as developed and published by the EFCI, the European Federation for Cleaning Industries. All basic training programs have been checked to see whether they meet this standard. In all countries there is a program in place to introduce new workers to the workplace.

This program includes aspects as:
  • safety and personal protection
  • client behaviour
  • quality management
  • company policies regarding phones etc.
  • replacement i.c.o. absence
  • machines and products
  • security and safety
  • clothing-policy / uniforms, badges etc.
On demand of the client or whenever ECS thinks it is necessary there will be put in place a specific training program for a specific work-site.

In that case aspects as:
  • privacy
  • critical points of work
  • hazards
  • specific products or machines
will be trained on top.
