Client Portals
For those international clients who wish to do so, ECSynergy.sa will make available a client portal on the internet. This portal will function as the communication support platform to make sure that everybody who needs access to relevant information, will have this information available at any place at any moment. The portal will be set up together with the client because it is necessay that both parties share their information through this portal and keep it up to date.
On the home page of the portal one can notice on the right side all sites who are serviced by an ECSynergy.sa partner. On the left side one can notice all suppliers involved in delevering a service to this examplary client. Each organisation is responsable for its own information: to set it up, keep it up to date and modify according to the mutual agreements made.
On the home page of the portal for a site we can see all the documentation and information stored on the portal and accessible through a certified login-code. This code decides what information will be available / accessible for this person or not.
All documents will be stored and kept stored on the Portal, however each document can be downloaded and be printed if wished so. Modifications however can not be stored on the Portal, they should be made through the regular way of communications.
The Ticket system enables a client to follow requests for information, extra workorders or reclamations. The status icon shows its status and the ticket will disappear when the client gives the satisfaction-feedback.
